RND Junior Jimmy Mullen took the top prize at the Junior Open with an excellent round of 67 to take the Mayor & Mayoress of Bideford Trophy.

Other RND junior·members Ethan Sumner, Ollie Tanton and Luke Carter also won the main trophy prizes.

Sumner taking the Provisional Members Cup with a net 62, Tanton the Presidents Salver with a gross·71 and Carter the Pro's Prize with a net 65 .

The girls gross·prize was won by Samantha Found with a score of 89 and the net prize by Sophie Jarvis with a 69. Over 60 juniors from 15 different clubs competed for this years trophies and the event was organised for the first time alongside the North Devon Junior League fixture which also·provided an excellent result for RND with the club finishing first·to extend their lead at the top of the table with one fixture left to play.
