YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR GOLF THROUGH FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AND PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAMMES.

 WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW HOW?

Craig Townsend, Performance & Functional Training Specialist, will run weekly ‘Functional Fitness Classes’ at the club, focusing on the key exercises that you can use to get the best out of your body and your game.

Classes start on Tuesday 4th October starting at 5.45pm and run every Tuesday for 8 weeks.

The 8 week course costs £40.


All Physical and Functional Training Programmes are planned to compliment your technical coaching with your PGA Professional Coach.

Functional Flexibility
Dynamic Core Stability
Golf Specific Strength Development
The Power Factor & Explosiveness
