Captain's Report

Hi Vets

My last Newsletter as Captain.  Thank you for your support this year in roll ups and friendly matches.

My season has been very successful except for Emerton Court Trophy which we all know about. I hope you will support our new Captain, Ted Tithecott, in the same way.

Alison Hunt, Fund Raising Director at the North Devon Hospice will attend our Christmas Dinner on 16th December 2011 to receive a cheque from us for £1,500 the result of all our fund raising this year, this coincides with my final raffle at the Dinner……..please give generously!

My thanks go to Royston and the dining staff - Alan and the bar staff for all their good work, plus Mark and his green-keepers for giving us
a first class course all year….long may it continue.

Finally, thank you to my Committee who have given me great support in my year as Captain.
