How wonderful it was to return after the latest Covid lockdown to inter-club competitive golf on Sunday, with the ladies match against Saunton in the Annodata Match Play Competition played at RND. It was a fiercely fought battle with an all square result at the end of the five matches. This meant a playoff which RND sadly lost. The final of the 2020 Summer mixed Foursomes was finally played at the beginning of April 2021! Congratulations to Andy and Denise Hood who beat Christy and Sue Worthington by a considerable 6&5 margin on very much NOT a Summer day.
