After the Lowis Cup Greensomes is the most important presentation of the year, Val Cook becomes only the 5th Lady President of the Club, the second in the last nine years. The Sally Brown Foursomes was won on Saturday 14th August by Craig Brodie and Mary Harper, with a magnificent score of 48 points. President Mervyn Fudge presented the prizes along with the Ladies President’s Prize which was played in June and won by Carole Bewes with another excellent score of 48 points. This was the first prize giving at the club for many months due to Covid restrictions, and it was wonderful to see so many members and visitors in the clubhouse.  

The prize table wasnt just alcohol but there was a fair amount at the annual "Whiskey Foursomes" Presentation evening which included Mince Pies and Carol singing to The Appledore Town Band.
