Beth, who works in the bar at The Club is running a Quiz night onFriday 12th August at 6:30PM to raise money for the UK Wild Otter Trust. It is only £2per person and there is a raffle on the night with a chance to win a visit to the Otter Centre and meet the Otters!  

The first of 3 Restaurant Open Nights took place at The Club last evening with over 50 guests enjoying a "PaR Dining" experience. The next 2 events will take place on: Friday 17th AprilSaturday 27th June The restaurant will be open from 6:30PM - 8.00PM and a different menu will be set for each night. Saturday was a little wet but that didn't dampen any spirits at the club at all! The course is playing incredibly well, the green are amazing and as a result the scores in the Saturday Winter mixed Greensomes were superb with a couple of ladies groups doing really well towards the end just when Martin Butler and Robert Greenwood were writing their speeches! The Mens Dinner is an annual event at the Club which involves an evening Dinner, usually with a speaker and then a "live" draw for partners prior to an American Foursomes golf match the following morning. In 2014 we had 80 entries which is the maximum number. There is a "Tote" run after the dinner in which members can wager on the following days pairings that have been drawn out of the hat.
