At Royal North Devon Golf Club we love to welcome the visitors to play our historic golf course and we hold lots of great Open events to suit all-comers. All our Open events are listed below, they can all be entered online using the below link. Some have entry opening dates where your entry will not be accepted online until this date.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION ENTRY AND RULES
- Rules of Golf
All competitions shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and any such Local Rules and Conditions of Competition as shall be approved by the Club - Amateur Status
All players must be of Amateur Status as defined by The Rules of Amateur Status. - Entry: Method and Fees
All entries must be completed and received by the Closing date, either on-line or via an entry form, no refunds will be made after the closing date of each competition unless cancelled due to weather conditions. Entries received after the competition closing date will only be considered if the maximum field size has not been achieved. - Entry: Handicaps
All players who holds a CONGU handicap and wish to enter must be in possession of a competition CONGU handicap, players must possess a CDH ID number.Maximum handicap is Men 28 and Ladies 36 for all Comps unless stated different on the entry form.
5. Equipment
Golf clubs and golf balls must conform to R&A rules.
- Juniors
Juniors(under 18 on the day of the event) who are Members of recognised Golf Clubs may compete in Open Competitions but they must have a CONGU competition Playing Handicap of 28 or better and must play with an adult.
- Prizes
Ties for all Trophies and Prize-Vouchers will be decided on countback.
- Results
All scores must be returned and input immediately via the Club’s Player Score Input (PSI) equipment located in the Foyer. Cards must then be placed in the box located adjacent to the PSI equipment.
9. Organisation
The Committee reserve the right to make any alteration to the above Conditions or Programme, to refuse any entry without giving reason, to settle any disputes and to adjust any handicap at any time and THE COMMITTEE’S DECISION WILL BE FINAL.

The Club cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to equipment or personal possessions.
