Winter Foursomes Round 1 of 5

Congratulations to Mark Lee and Shaun Smalldon who today won the first instalment of the 18/19 Winter Foursomes Series with an excellent 38 points. Richard Hughes and Steve Morrish came home in 2nd place with 37, and Chris Hampton and Richard Wilford completed the top 3 with 36 points.

The Winter Foursomes series is a great chance to practice foursomes golf over the winter in the lead up to the new season. It is also a route into the club teams, and a chance to unearth new pairings, as well as a chance to play in a great event with good prize money. It is open to all male members with handicaps of 20 or lower. 

After the first event the Order of Merit table is below, with a players best 3 out of 5 scores to count.
